How to order ?

In case of absence, do not hesitate to leave us a message, we will contact you as soon as possible!

- By email: by completing the EXCEL order form below (see below “How to use this document?”) and returning it to us by email, or in a free email (email address in the document).

- By mail: by printing the PDF order form below or on plain paper.

How to use the EXCEL order form?
You just have to fill in the quantities in the column provided for this purpose, to the right of the prices.
All calculations are automatic!
All you have to do is send us the modified document by email.

What are the shipping costs ?
Shipping costs are free from 24 bottles in France (excluding Corsica and DOM-TOM, contact us).
Below, a contribution to the shipping costs of 25 € is requested.
If you use the excel file the calculation is automatic.

How can I pay the bill ?
- By check payable to SCEA de Quintaine
- By bank transfer (we will send you our bank details confirming the order)
- CB by phone (make an appointment)

In all cases, please do not send payment before we have validated your order.
We will do our best to satisfy your wishes, but some cuvées and vintages are sometimes sold out before we have been able to update this document!

When can I expect to receive my order?
We try to respond quickly to orders, but during the growing season or during the harvest it may take several days, please excuse us!

After validation of your order and payment, our carrier generally delivers in 3 to 5 working days.

For any urgent order, you better call us directly.
